Returns / Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation windows and fees follow each session's cancellation policy
• If canceled due to organizer reasons: generally a full refund
• Refund method: to the credit card used for payment
• Refund timing: usually within 5–10 business days after cancellation processing
• Subscriptions: remain available until the end of the current billing period after cancellation; no pro-rata refund for unused days (per Terms of Service)
